My Holiday Break To Do List

Turn off the cell phone and the TV.

Go to bed early. Sleep in late.

Eat vegetables.

Meditate. Pray.

Don’t fill every moment with some noise. Instead just sit and enjoy the quiet.

Take a walk.

Breathe.

Sing.

Laugh.

Hug.

Be grateful.
